Re: GNUGK 2.2.7 windows version

Hi,

we checked again and while GnuGk doesn't need MSVCR80.DLL, one of the
library DLLs for Postgres does.

For now, I'll put a link to the installer for the VS2005 runtime
that contains the MSVCR80.DLL onto the download page.
