Re: reload problem

Hi,

that time frame is exactly right:
It took a while to find, but on September 4th 2007, there was a an
incompatible change in PTLib that PTrace::SetStream() started to delete
the previous stream itself, while it relied on the application to do
that until then.

Now GnuGk detects the PWLib version and will delete the old tracing
stream object only when compiled with older versions.

While implementing that, I noticed that PTLib 2.0.1 doesn't properly
export its version numbers (at least on Linux). So you will probably see
a compile warning about that. When in doubt about the version, GnuGk
will warn at compile time and rather risk a small memory leak for each
reload than a crash.

Its all in the CVS now.

Regards,
Jan
