Which billing system are you using? This might not be related to GNUGK. With this scenario I see 2 entries in voipcall for each call ,One with 0 duration (w/o connectime,disconnecttime)and another having all the entries. Though both have same matching entries (even acctsessionid is same). Is this normal behaviour?
