I think MD5 and CAT always worked. Also in 2.0.8.
Basic Procedure I could have some problems, as you noted.

Oh, sorry then for my incorrect answer.
I just remembered our tests last year with h.235 on 2.0.8 and we didn't even
managed to get h.235 running stable in "basic mode".
Because i thought, that there have been done no changes except the ones on
Auth Procedure I i deducted the bugs are still existing.
