See the manual:
gw-alias=in|out=[!]original-prefix=target-prefix[;in|out...]
If the call matches the gateway, the direction and begins with

precedes the original-prefix, the sense is inverted. Special wildcard
characters ('.' and '%') are available. Multiple rules for the same
gateway should be seperated by ';'.

According the log, only the first entry is loaded. Is this what
gnugk suppose
to do?!? Or there are something that we can do to have it see multiple
entries. If I were to use RewriteE164, I can use as much rules as possible,
but I would have to make sure each and every gateway is running the same
prefix, as well as managing users from prefix auth.... which isn't very
flexible.
Any ideas?!?
