Multiple GWRewriteE164 entries

Hi all,

I've just started using GWRewriteE164 function to replace the simple RewriteE164
function. This works great in many ways in terms of managing things a little
easier.

Yet the problem I'm having is that I can't have multiple entries for the same
gateway.

eg.
gw1=out=123=888
gw1=out=789=888

According the log, only the first entry is loaded. Is this what gnugk suppose
to do?!? Or there are something that we can do to have it see multiple
entries. If I were to use RewriteE164, I can use as much rules as possible,
but I would have to make sure each and every gateway is running the same
prefix, as well as managing users from prefix auth.... which isn't very
flexible.

Any ideas?!?
