Note that this is a pesimistic case. Also, originating/terminating
gateways introduce delays, accounting may introduce delay,
network introduces some delay.
It could be more accurate, but the current implementation
should be ok for most cases, when your profit margin is more than 1%;)
Besides, 0,83% is the worst case. The average case should be much better.
