and the GK from an other domain round 1,2 or 1,6 to 2, or some other

0,5<x<1,5 => x = 1 (nearest round)
For each call the difference can be 1 second. So if you have for
example 1 millions of calls per month you've got more than 16000
minutes less in the accounting. This can become very huge.
