Actually, it's ca 0,5% (0,005...). Anyway,
it does not change much.

Difference of 1 second (which is the worst case)
is ca 0.005% of total ACD.
If it really matters for you, then you probably
need to find a much better solution, redesign
your whole VoIP/ISDN path to assure proper
signaling timing, etc...

but imagine GnuGK round  1,2 or 1,6 to 1
and the GK from an other domain round 1,2 or 1,6 to 2, or some other do :
        0,5<x<1,5 => x = 1 (nearest round)
For each call the difference can be 1 second. So if you have for example 1 millions of calls per month you've got more than 16000 minutes less in the accounting. This can become very huge.
