Only when the config is reloaded.

Bear with me if this is a really dumb question, but I've been landed in a rather unpleasant situation regarding GNUGK.

Trying to make head and tail fo the manual, one thing I really can't quite figure out. In the SQLConfig section, if we use a RewriteE164Query=SELECT statement, does it get read every time a call is placed that requires it, or is it only read when the config is reloaded?

I'm geussing it's the former, but I really want to check that it's not the latter

TIA
