Putting the agtekeeper and some MFC GUI into one executable is very
problematic due to the different thread model used and generally not a
good idea.

The better way to create a GUI is to make it a standalone process that
talks to the GnuGk status port. Also, that way gatekeeper stability
won't be hurt by the GUI.

If tere is anything you can't do via the status port, invest the time
implementing that instead of fighting thread and stability problems.
