A fresh install of MSVS v6.0 yields the 15th June 1998 versions of the 7 files replaced by msvc6chk. When MSVS v6.0 SP5 is installed, XTREE (23 Aug 2000) and FSTREAM (29 Aug 2000) get in. Now when a msvc6chk upgrade is done, all 7 files are dated: 03 Jul 2004. The tpipv6.h and wspiapi.h from the Win 2K IPv6 Sneak Preview from MS have been put in to the VC98/Include folder. This means seems apt for those who wish to avoid the MS Platform SDK to compile pwlib/openh323 libs.
