Costin,

I have all Permanent Endpoints, so after I unregister one,
I need to reload the config to re-create it's registration.

I have multiple endpoints at the terminating ends
and I monitor completed vs. attempts by endpoint.

By unregistering and then reloading the endpoints,
I in effect reset the statistics back to 0 for an
endpoint.
