Chetan, I just encountered this error myself today on a GNUGK (2.2.1) that's been running fine for months. BUT, we changed our DNS recently. The error "Can't get profile for neighbor xxxx" is a DNS problem. You can put GK1.yourdomain.com in the /etc/hosts file for Unix or \windows\syste32\etc\drivers\host file for windows. Then do a reload from the Status port (port 7000) and that should fix it.
