That is from the source. This is part of the code when there is no route to a destination. That includes LRJ messages with undefined reason which hit this part of the code. For the current cvs version its line 1540 from Proxychannel.cxx. Currently as far as I know there is no way to put the type of release codes in the configuration that one would like to define back to the customer.
