That is from the source.  This is part of the code when there is no
route to a destination. That includes LRJ messages with undefined reason
which hit this part of the code. For the current cvs version its line
1540 from Proxychannel.cxx.

Currently as far as I know there is no way to put the type of release
codes in the configuration that one would like to define back to the
customer.

The fragment you (someone) presented looks like code in the source.  Is 
that correct?  Or is there a way to put the suggested configurations 
into the gatekeeper.ini file?
