Dear Rainer,
I think what you need is more or less like "Call Forwarding", so it don't
really look like "to proxy connections from workstations to laptop"
In your case, you would like to have laptop to answer the call when you
away from workstation. For example, your laptop have a number of 801 and
your workstation is 800. Then in your Gnomenetmeeting(I dunno if
G.netmeeting have this or not, but i'm sure that OpenPhone has this
features) try to forward calls to 801 and everything will be fine. Or what
is simpler is just both of the computers have number of 800, and just open
one gnomemeeting each time.

Yours sincerely,
Jason Chan, Hong Kong
