Dear Jason,

thanks for the quick reply. For receiving calls, I agree call forwarding 
should be sufficient. What is more tricky is sending calls, because I need to 
register my dynamically obtained IP address with the Cisco gateway. That is 
not possible, because the gateway does not support DNS resolution (it happens 
only once and if the DNS entry changes, the gateway does not care).

The first one would work, I would just register a dynamic dns entry for the 
workstation/laptop I am using at that moment.
