client authentication scenario: how to do it with gnugk?

Could, please, someone tell me how to configure gnugk to get the 
behaviour described below?

   For each client, the gnugk configuration file should contain:
    - h323id
    - e.164   <== very important
    - password

When the client try to register, if its parameters don't match against 
the gnugk config., then its request is rejected.

Note:
the client IP address is not fixed (dhcp, mobile user, ...).

Is it possible to do it with gnugk?
