I have test gnugk 2.2 and works ok.
Also I have working a openam, my problem starts when a call is routed to openam when the destination enpoint it's not register, what I think what I have to do is configure a second gk and when the first gk not have the destination enpoint registed, query the second to find the endpoint, there the endpoint is openam, maybe someone know a better form to do this
