2.2 version does not yet fully support H.235 Auth Procedure I.
You should try 2.0.9 (from the cvs), which has H.235 features
implemented correctly or wait until patches are ported to 2.2.

you are right, general id is the gatekeeper id - now the rrq is correct.
you are also right, the ip200 seems io ignore rcf from gatekeeper.

but i am not sure if this is a problem of the ip200.
the rrq from ip200 to gatekeeper include a cryptoToken as
nestedcryptoToken with a tokenOID, but the rcf from gnugk back to the
ip200 dont include the tokenOID:
