It was his first intention. But as he want to do it with messenger and netmeeting, we told him to use better GnuGK + OpenMCU.

BTW, perhaps I misunderstood your question about GM: he's not able to *do* conferencing but can be a client, without problem. So GnuGK + OpenMCU will give you conference room, client will be your netmeeting, GM, openphone...
