I would like to set up a Linux server to be able to do 3 or 4 parties
conferencing ( at least audio, if possible +video) compatible with
Netmeeting and Gnomemeeting.

I have been said to use gatekeeper or asterisk.

How should I proceed ? I dont find any doc about GM and conferencing ...

Why are you asking on GnuGK question about GM? There is a GM mailing list for this ;-)

Anyway, nether NetMeeting or GnomeMeeting are today SIP protocol. So asterisk is not the really one to start with. Take a look at GnuGK + OpenMcu.
