But wat one EP will dial to get access of other EP2, local IP of user?

On our (very small) system, all endpoints register with a number beginning with '0' , and a user just dials that number when calling another endpoint. Numbers beginning with other than 0 are assumed to start with the country code, and rewritten to point to one of our gateways, or to an ITSP.
