Try the following. With this config I can connect from outside to a client
behind the NAT box (gnugk 2.08). The proxy must be on the NAT box and must
accept the specified ports..

What I want to know. The default value for CallSignalPort is 1721.
Therefore I expectet that the proxy will return this port in the transport
address, but the client (ohphone) wnat to connect to 1720.

[RoutedMode]
GKRouted=1
H245Routed=1
CallSignalPort=1720
RemoveH245AddressOnTunneling=1
DropCallsByReleaseComplete=1
SupportNATedEndpoints=1
AcceptNeighborsCalls=1
Q931PortRange=some range
H245PortRange=some range

[Proxy]
Enable=1
InternalNetwork=192.168.0.0/16
T120PortRange=some range
RTPPortRange=some range
