Hi Sait Thanks for your answer, but this does not really fit my needs. The RegEx you provide do only allow numbers to be routed to the Virtual Queue but i want also to get calls to phonenumbers that contain alphanumeric signs or special characters like "frank" or "Frank87". I really want all calls/RouteRequests since otherwise GnuGK will handle some of them itself (which i don't want).
