I continued with searching and it leads to more specific question.
I discover, that UDP packets of RTP stream are marked with "low delay" -
TOS=10x0.
Is there any way to change this?
I need to set "ip precedence"=5 - TOS=A0x0

(I am using gnugk as H323 proxy on FreeBSD platform)
