0 is not needed, as all numbers are moved in e.164 format.

The gateway is registered.

What about section names and variable names?

as in

[GwStuff::Things]
Parameter=Value

is this different from

[gwstuff::things]
parameter=value

I think the manual should say, but it doesnt!
