You need to have this gateway registered or setup as a permanent endpoint. Maybe you also need to add 0 to the prefix list (if your dialed numbers start with 0). You can easily check if the gateway is registered with correct prefixes by telnet ... 7000 and typing 'rv' command. Alias names are case sensitive.
