Hi David I'm currently working to solve the same topic. I found out, that when the MSN is not programmed to the ISDN phone, the H323_ID is used and if a MSN is programmed, the MSN is used. But this might vary on different gateways - basically i think, it's less a gnugk topic but more a gateway topic. If i get out more, i'll let you know and i would be very glad if you'd do the same.
