Maybe your permanent endpoint sends ARQ anyway?
Otherwise it should work as expected (if this is not the case,
I have to disable this feature at all - and maybe this is the best
idea).
Using the same prefix with multiple gateways is a much
better way to handle round robin with the current implementation.
