You need to setup/register slave gatekeeper with a list of the same prefixes
(like 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9). Then each call will be routed in a round robin fashion
to one of the slave gatekeepers (gateways). You can do this either by registering
slave gatekeepers as child gateways or as permanent endpoints.
