Is your gatekeeper in routed mode? To modify CallingPartyNumber in Q.931 
messages you need to pass signalling traffic through gatekeeper..

In version 2.0.8 (available from CVS) there is additional config parameter

[RoutedMode]
ScreenSourceAddress=654321

It is used to modify sourceAddress (alias) field in Setup message. Try 
it...
