If you could show an example of the original and the rewritten message we could have a better look what is wrong. It's not a problem to transcode the message in gnugk, so if we know exactly what is going on we can fix it. ----- Original Message ----- From: "iTS Consult@ncy" <itsc99@cantv.net> Sent: Wednesday, February 18, 2004 9:15 PM Maybe my previous mail was a little subtil. Look in the h245 Terminalcapabilityset. In this frame you will find a h225 CS part. This h323 message_body facility message reads facility(UUIE)" for version 4 and reads empty for a version 2 or 3. Whenever this condition exists the call will be terminated at the receiving endpoint after about 10 up to 30 seconds. I looked it up in the h323 v4 protocol description of the ITU manual. Every endpoint in a h323 circus that has this mismatch causes the mentioned problem. I created a temp fix by rewriting the message body part during call setup to the v4 standard when dealing with v4 endpoints in a softswitch and not in the gnugk. I simply can't write C++ I only analyse dumps ! Greetings, Tjapko. ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net is sponsored by: Speed Start Your Linux Apps Now.
