which version do you have,I had the same problem when i was using 2.0.5 but 
simply switching to 2.0.7 simply faded the problem(with the same 
configuration file) my file something like this

[FileAcct]
DetailFile=/root/cdr.log
Rotate=0

if you are generating the debug output then you can check the reason at 
somewhere around a CDR.
