What I have:
a GK which is 'partnering' with other GK's (partners). Let's say: myGK
and neighbors: n1GK,n2GK, etc.
I would like to rewrite numbers coming from the neighbor GKs using
this [RasSrv::GWRewriteE164] VERY good feature (or a similar one). So
e.g.
call to 31x from n1GK to be rewritten to 123#31x
call to 31x from n2GK to be rewritten to 3113#x

myGK has one zone, neighbor GKs have their zones as well.
