Thank you for responding.  

Yes, I'm attempting to get ACD functionality.  
My problem is this:

I receive this RouteRequest:
RouteRequest|10.10.10.10:1720|9199_endp|257|88555|95495:dialedDigits=pepe:h323_ID;

I Respond with this:
rta drbunsen 9199_endp 257

& then I get these:
ACF|10.10.10.10:1720|9199_endp|257|drbunsen:h323_ID|9549221072:dialedDigits=pepe:h323_ID|false;
DCF|10.10.10.10|9199_endp|257|normalDrop;
 
Notice how the ACF with the new routed alias (drbunsen) has dropped the
destination number.  

Not quite sure where to go from here.
