Hi, Thanks for your quick response... 1) home user dials telephone number from home phone connected to PSTN, this call is sent to voip GW which takes call. 2) call is answered, says, enter extension number you want to cal home user enters a telephone number. These two are correct... However the last step will be as such 3) the call will be routed to the other end PSTN line through another VoIP gateway ...... so what system/OS is integrated at the PC2 end? the same product as "welltech FXO gateway" ?? and welltech FXO gateway is a Physical hardware device? please help ... Also 1 more question i would like to ask you. Apply the same scenario above but elliminate the PC2 such as: ################################################################### Home Telephone1-PSTN --> PC1 (VoIP Server)--> PSTN-Hometelephone 1 ################################################################### So PC1 needs only to use one welltech FXO gateway right which is possible routing the PSTN call from 1 end to other end?
