It is important whether your radius server returns session-timeout/h323-credit-time in Accounting-Response or Access-Accept packet? Currently, call duration limit feature is configurable only through Access-Accept packets. The idea is that Accounting-Response usually would not contain any attributes - it should be used only as a confirmation, that the call state in a backend database has been updated.
