Framed-IP-Address should be different for Login-User and Call-Check (as User-Name should be too). The reason is that Login-User is trigger by ARQ from originating endpoint (calling station) to query radius for permission to make the call. Call-Check is triggered by ARQ from terminating endpoint (called station) to query radius if it can answer the call. So in both Access-Requests Calling-Station-Id and Called-Station-Id should have similar values, but User-Name and Framed-IP-Address should be different.
