I'm using gnugk 2.0.6 from the latest cvs compiled just last night on my redhat 9, we're trying to use it with the following conf: [Gatekeeper::Auth] RadAuth=required;RRQ,ARQ default=allow # Configuration section for RadAuth authenticator module [RadAuth] Servers=x.x.x.x LocalInterface=x.x.x.x RadiusPortRange=10000-11000 DefaultAuthPort=1645 SharedSecret=mysecret RequestTimeout=2000 IdCacheTimeout=9000 SocketDeleteTimeout=60000 RequestRetransmissions=2 RoundRobinServers=1 AppendCiscoAttributes=1 IncludeTerminalAliases=1 IncludeEndpointIP=1 While trying to call say, 222-3333 (IP: 4.3.2.1) from joe's number 222-1111 (IP: 1.2.3.4) i'm getting something i consider kind of weird: in my radius server i see the request shown far below (Service-Type=Call-Check) in a very different way from the way i receive a Service-Type=Login-User request which is shown just below, the big difference is that Framed-IP-Address value is not joe's IP in both requests -which i think SHOULD be the case- on the one regarding 'Call-Check' the IP shown is the one of the called-station! Is this a bug? we'd like to be able to filter calls using the IP address of the calling-station. -- Acct-Status-Type = Start NAS-IP-Address = n.n.n.n NAS-Identifier = "GK02" NAS-Port-Type = Virtual Service-Type = Login-User Acct-Session-Id = "b3305509" User-Name = "joe" Framed-IP-Address = 1.2.3.4 <--- this is OK! Calling-Station-Id = "2221111" Called-Station-Id = "2223333" cisco-h323-gw-id = "h323-gw-id=GK02" cisco-h323-conf-id = "h323-conf-id=8B073F 5D82B3 801002 A45564" cisco-h323-call-origin = "h323-call-origin=proxy" cisco-h323-call-type = "h323-call-type=VoIP" cisco-h323-setup-time = "h323-setup-time=17:54:41.000 PET Wed Oct 01 2003" cisco-h323-remote-address = "h323-remote-address=4.3.2.1" Acct-Delay-Time = 0 -- User-Name = "joe" CHAP-Password = <242><190>N<6><162>:@b<138>uj<28><175><208>4<180><159> CHAP-Challenge = ?w<4><143> NAS-IP-Address = n.n.n.n NAS-Identifier = "GK02" NAS-Port-Type = Virtual Service-Type = Call-Check Framed-IP-Address = 4.3.2.1 <-- this is the called-station, why?? Calling-Station-Id = "2221111" Called-Station-Id = "2223333" cisco-h323-conf-id = "h323-conf-id=8B073F 5DB9B3 801C02 A45564" cisco-h323-call-origin = "h323-call-origin=answer" cisco-h323-call-type = "h323-call-type=VoIP" cisco-h323-gw-id = "h323-gw-id=GK02" this second request triggers a denial, and the call won't take place.. thanks a lot for any enlightment on this..
