RE: Status Code = 0x10 on unanswered call

I'll be glad (if I remember!) to share the results of my testing. We are using
a RADIUS server and MySQL database to implement a telecom back office system,
that includes pre- and post- paid, flat- rate (i.e., ISP- type billing), and
bulk wholesale to other carriers.

Every interface is a little different (like in this case a zero session time for
attempted, but unconnected calls- makes sense, but so does a time that the call
was being attempted; I've seen it both ways- you can parse the Cisco VSA times
if you need it). These are the types of "idiosyncracies" that each interface
needs to ferret out and cope with. But, so far, gnugk works great, and this
forum provides good (and knowledgeable) support.

Hi Michael, after reading so many information on RADIUS in your discussion
with Allen I wonder if there is some blueprint available for gnugk users
that like to make use of RADIUS protocol in combination with Mysql and gnugk
What it does!! How to connect and authorize EP's and and implement things
like authorization and Accounting like post and pre pay. Some hints about
good books to read about this subject are also welcome. You know radius
stands for Risk Assessment Tools for Diagnosis of Urban Areas Against
Seismic Disasters also!!! Tjapko.
