This is the only thing i get: ARJ|193.226.191.29:1720|655:dialedDigits|gw03-buh3:h323_ID|false|calledPartyNotRegistered;
when dialing 655 from a cisco gateway that is registered in the gatekeeper.
also, a f 655 gives this: f 655 SoftPBX: endpoint 655 not found!
The CTI::Agents contains VirtualQueue=655

I just did a quick test with and E.164 number for the VirtualQueue and it just worked. You might run into trouble usinmg E.164 numbers for agents, but I haven't tried that.
Just put something like
[CTI::Agents] VirtualQueue=42
into your gatekeeper config.
Let me know if you run into problems using numbers.
