I would suggest you try it. I just did a quick test with and E.164 number for the VirtualQueue and it just worked. You might run into trouble usinmg E.164 numbers for agents, but I haven't tried that. Just put something like [CTI::Agents] VirtualQueue=42 into your gatekeeper config. Let me know if you run into problems using numbers.
