Hi, you have to use the full alias in the VirtialQueue= declaration. You can't use GnuGk mechanisms to define a prefix, because we are holding back ARQ messages in very early stages of processing, so the ACD can rewrite the alias. What you could do is name a number of aliases: VirtualQueue=sales,support,marketing,canteen,kindergarden but you have to name them all.
