I assume you meant webrev.  It does indeed make the patch easier to browse,
but on the downside it means you have to be able to open a web page (assuming
it's stil available) rather than just having everything in the mail (and thus
archived).

I don't know review board, but I presume it's something similar?

Let's keep things simple.
