Hi Joe,

I will prioritize the Arbiter volume support in Kadalu. It is already supported in the Volfile generation and kubectl-kadalu CLI. A few more things to be fixed to announce Arbiter volume support from our side.

Please share if any doc available to understand how is it working in your current setup. We will get back to you if that workflow we can accommodate with Kadalu or not.

Looking at this code, it's way more than I was looking for, too. I just need a replacement for the in-tree driver.

I want to use kadalu to replace the hacky thing I'm still doing using hostpath_pv, but last time I checked, it didn't build 2 replica 1 arbiter volumes, but that's separate from the basic driver need.

I was chatting with Humble about the removed gluster support for
Kubernetes 1.26 and the long deprecated CSI driver.

I'd like to bring it back from archive and maintain it. If anybody would
like to participate, that'd be great! If I'm just maintaining it for my
own use, then so be it. 😁

It has been archived for 4 years, so it's going to need a bit of work. I
also don't have a ton of extra time so if it's just me maintaining it,
don't expect much, but I'll do what I can.

Ping me here, or on Kubernetes slack if you want to chat about this.

Just want to check what is missing in kadalu (https://girhub.com/kadalu/kadalu) csi which makes you to take this decision.

Regards,
Amar
