That's actually a misleading string in the English version of gitk.
It actually means "Selection background", not "Select a background".
So the translation should be something like "Color de fondo de
selección".
What do you think about changing "Select bg" to "Selection bg" (or
even "Selection background") in the English version to avoid this kind
of misunderstanding in the future?
