Most of the work on the extension manager has been done by Jehan. There is some info on the wiki: https://wiki.gimp.org/wiki/Extensions Additionally there also is a repo: https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/gimp-extensions-web/-/tree/master/docs As most will probably know, we are lacking enough developers. Help is always appreciated. The most likely person to say more about the best course of action is probably Jehan. I don't know how often he reads this list.
