Hi,

I heard that Gobe Productive (http://www.gobe.com/) ships with plug-ins 
based on source code  from The GIMP and sent them a letter asking for
source code. I'm forwarding their answer here...

Actually, the GPL says

In accordance with section 3a, gobeProductive ships with a machine 
readable copy of all GPL'd source code on its CD, a medium customarily 
used for software interchange.  Therefore, sections 3b and 3c are not 
applicable.

However, in the spirit of open source, Gobe maintains archives of the 
GPL source code on its web site:
