Playing around with it a bit, I've noticed it sometimes gets off-by-1 bugs and doesn't seem to fill the rectangle properly (bottom is random colors). The settings I'm using to reproduce this are: 300, 129, 20, 20, 2, 1 (1.00, 0.72, 0.75) 15, 50, 4 Haven't looked into the source at all yet.
